Scottish Arts Council required an updated telephone system for their Edinburgh head office to replace their robust but outdated Meridian option 11 system. They required an updated intelligent communications system that would streamline call processes.
After an initial consultation and in depth analysis of the business requirements and their communication needs. We chose a system that was feature rich, easy to use and met the needs of Scottish Arts Council.
The supply and installation of Avaya IP500 Office, and taking over their Network Services.
Once installed, the system ticked all the boxes for Scottish Art Council. Furthermore we delivered considerable savings of over £12,000 per annum. This was achieved by porting all existing services from BT Retail onto our BT Wholesale platform. In addition to this we also saved the Scottish Arts Council a further £3,000 per annum on maintenance services.
