Clyde Solutions recently installed a new telephone system, call recording software and took over our business lines and calls in June 2014 . The system was adapted to our specific needs as a Credit Union and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other Credit Unions as the software means we can listen to historic and real time calls, extract reporting information and route calls. I was able to see a demo of the software working in order at Clyde Solutions office and this really cemented my decision to go with them
