Ultimately, faults do happen, however we charge no extra fees for time spent resolving problems, applying updates to software and monitoring performance etc.  It is therefore in our interest to always ensure that our customers’ equipment and services are ‘Tip Top’ at all times.

When delivering a maintenance service it is always our aim to minimize the amount of time spent fixing problems and to spend more time driving business forward from a technology perspective and helping them set up critical services such as disaster recovery and backup solutions or solutions to make working easier such as remote worker VPN solutions etc.

Although it is quite often best to resolve faults, apply patches etc remotely, Clyde Solutions encourage our engineers to visit sites on a regular basis meaning the customer has regular face to face contact with engineers and are able to discuss issues, products and new technologies.  This often leads us to advise our customers about new solutions and software which can make life easier, tasks quicker to accomplish or in the long run can simply save money.  Without regular contact this affective advisory service might otherwise be completely overlooked.
