Clyde Solutions were selected to deliver an intelligent communications system that would replace the robust but dated Meridian Option 11 within the HQ in Edinburgh. After initial consultation, system design and delivery, not only did we deliver a system that was feature rich and ticking all the required boxes, we furthermore delivered considerable savings (approx £12k per annum) by porting all existing services from BT retail onto our BT Wholesale platform. A further £3k per annum was saved on maintenance services.
