Arnold Clark built the largest car complex n Europe mid 2007 and appointed Clyde Solutions to deliver a state of the art communications system which would streamline how both they as a company work and how the customers experience of buying a car should be.
We delivered 3 PC based operators consoles at reception along with a back-up group ensuring incoming calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively. IP DECT handsets were also deployed within the car showroom area ensuring the sales staff are contactable at all times for he all important potential sale.
